•         स्टूडेंट  मैनेजमेंट क्या?

मित्रो   चाइल्ड साइकोलॉजी में एक टीचर का अभिवादन| आप लोगो ने क्लास रूम मैनेजमेंट ,स्कूल मैनेजमेंट के बारे में बहुत सुना होगा ,लेकिन स्टूडेंट मैनेजमेंट कम सुना होगा ,चलिए आज में आपको मेरी अनुभव की साइकोलॉजी में  स्टूडेंट मैनेजमेंट से परिचय करवाती हूँ | एक स्टूडेंट को पहचानना,उससे कब ,कैसे  कहाँ काम लेना  हें,यह जानलेना और उसे स्वंय कुछ कर लेने की ललक को,पहचानना ही स्टूडेंट मैनेजमेंट   है|                     

    स्टूडेन्ट मैनेजमेंट  क्यों?  

• क्या बिना स्टूडेन्ट के सही मैनेजमेंट  के क्या क्लास रूम प्रबन्धन और स्कूल प्रबन्धन  संभव  है
•  बिना व्यवस्था के, बिना  शिक्षण कार्य मे शामिल  होकर क्या कोई स्टूडेन्ट कक्षा व स्कूल  की व्यवस्था को अच्छा रख सकता है,
•  आप चाहते  है  कि व्यवस्थित बच्चा कुछ सीखे ,
•  कक्षा प्रबन्धन ठीक रहे,
•  परिणाम  अपेक्षित मिले,
•  बच्चे  कुछ सही gain करे 

तो इसके लिए  सबसे पहले student management  की नब्ज टटोलना होगा।                                                  

   Student management  कैसे करे।  

1.   पहला बिन्दु है समस्या ग्रस्त बालक के parents की काउन्सलिंग तथा उनकी साइकोलाजी  को समझना और बच्चो के साथ उनके घर की साइकोलाजी  समझना।          
2.    बच्चे  के साथ  वालो की साइकोलाजी समझना,अध्यापक और छात्र की साइकोलाजी समझना       मेरे अनुभव  से माता पिता,  दोस्त ,स्टूडेन्ट साइकोलाजी  के मुख्य  कलाकार  है।  

• समस्या समाधान    
•  मेरे   ख्याल  से एक टीचर का बच्चो के पैरेन्टस से जुङना, सम्पर्क  रखना बहुत जरूरी  है।
•  बच्चे  के साथ  निरन्तर संवाद होना बहुत जरुरी है।
• शुरुवात  के पांच मिनट उनसे जुङने में बहुत जरुरी है।
•  उनकी कम उपस्थिति  का कारण,
• वो आपसे बेझिझक अपनी बात कर  सके
• , उनका काम अधुरा क्यो है , आदि  आदि 
• बहुत सी ऐसी बात है जिन पर हमे उनके बारे में  जानकारी पता होना बहुत जरुरी है।
•  हरेक  बच्चे की मानसिकता जानना और उसमें  सुधार की गुंजाईश  हो  तो सुधार करना यह स्टूडेन्ट मैनेजमेंट  का ही हिस्सा  है।
•   मित्रों  क ई बार तो बहुत छोटी छोटी बात की वजह से भी छात्र भावनात्मक रूप से टूट सा जाता है। 
• एक बच्चा  किसी कारणवश होमवर्क पूरा नहीं  कर पाया हम उसकी पुरी बात जाने बगैर उसे कुछ भी कह देते है, थोडा स्कूल समय से लेट हो गया स्कूल प्रशासन  उस पर हावी  हो जाता है, मेरे कहने का मतलब यह नहीं  है कि आप Rule and regulations को फोलो न करे   ,जरुर     करे, लेकिन  सख्ती में  सुधारात्मक  रवैया हो,
•  लेकिन कभी कभी कुछ ऐसे कारण होते है जो वास्तविक होते है। 
•  दोस्तों भावनात्मक बीमारियों  का इलाज न हो पाने पर वो विकृति का कारण बनती है, एक व्यक्ति से अनेक व्यक्ति रोग ग्रस्त  हो सकते है।
•  कई ऐसे बच्चे, शिक्षक, अभिभावक हमे मिल सकते है, जो भावनात्मक रूप से संवेग से बीमार होते है।  
•  भारत में  तो प्राचीन काल से  ही ध्यान  की पद्धति   आसन ,प्राणायाम आदि की पद्धति  चली आ रही है, मैने एक course " जीवन विज्ञान " के बारे में  पढा जिसमे आवेग नियन्त्रण  के लिए पूरी एक पद्धति  है। 
• भारत में  जैनियो का एक सम्प्रदाय  तेरापंथ है उसके आचार्य महाप्रज्ञ ने यह course बनाया है, उसे कक्षावार बांटा गया है, बहुत अच्छी  पुस्तक है, पहले वो राजस्थान  में  क ई जगह बतौर पाठ्यक्रम  लागू भी थी।
•  हम समस्याएं  नहीं  चाहते और समाधान को भी  नहीं  पचा पाते, कई बार तो जातिवाद, धर्म, सम्प्रदाय ,देश आदि अनगिनत बाधाएं  हम आगे  कर देते है, और समाधान हो नहीं  पाता। 
•  स्टूडेन्ट प्रबंधन  में  कई बार अयोग्य  व्यक्तियों  का चुनाव  भी आडे  आ जाता है।

We can tell him anything without knowing his full say, the school administration is overrun by a little school time, I do not mean to say that you rule and regulations. Do not follow, of course, but strictly corrective attitude, but sometimes there are some reasons which are real. Friends, when emotional illnesses are not treated, they cause deformity, many people can suffer from one person to another. We can meet many such children, teachers and parents who are emotionally ill. In India, since ancient times, the method of meditation has been going on in the practice of posture, pranayama etc. I have read a course about "Life Science" which has a complete method for impulse control. One of the sects of Jains in India is Terapanth, its Acharya Mahapragya has made this course, it has been divided classically, is a very good book, earlier it was also applied as a course in Rajasthan. We do not want problems and cannot even solve solutions, many times we put forward many obstacles like casteism, religion, community, country etc., and solutions cannot be solved.
